RO Service Center is an independent third-party service provider. We are not an authorized dealer, distributor, or official service partner of any water purifier brand. All brand names mentioned on this website are for identification purposes only and are the property of their respective owners.
We provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs and replaced parts. This warranty does not cover damages caused by physical mishandling, poor water quality, voltage fluctuations, or any tampering done by unauthorized persons.
Payment is to be made after the service is completed. We accept Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Card payments. No advance payment is required for standard services.
Service bookings can be cancelled free of charge before the technician is dispatched. For cancellations after the technician has been dispatched, a nominal fee may apply.
Customers are requested to provide accurate details (name, phone number, pincode, address) while booking. Any incorrect information may result in service delays or cancellation.
RO Service Center will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the scope of the repair work performed.
